REGULATIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Ordering, delivery and payment procedures

The buyer orders goods through the website www.homedecorbyaiga.com, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the option to pay for the product by using the payment tools built into the online tool or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The seller offers to deliver the goods to the buyer using DPD, Omniva or Latvijas Pasts parcel or courier services for large items. The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 3-60 days after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the buyer. When ordering a product, the production time of the specific product is visible.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller to e-mail [email protected]. The cancellation letter form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.

The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The buyer cannot use the right of refusal in the following cases:

  • the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by careless treatment of the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Refund procedure

The Seller transfers money to the Buyer for the returned product to the bank account from which the purchase was made no later than 2 working days after receiving the product, if the product is returned without damage, signs of use, in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery to the Buyer.

Operation of the contract

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and is valid until the Seller's and the Buyer's obligations arising from the contract are fully fulfilled.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory acts. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
